I booked my stay online. When I arrived to check in the clerk notified me that the booking was for 2 rooms and I only booked for 1 room. When the clerk fixed the problem I was given a room that had not been cleaned. The clerk checked another room and it too was not cleaned. I had to wait close to an hour for a room that I did not even want. I booked for a single king room and ended up with a double queen room. I was very unsatisfied. I still have not received any of my money back for my deposit or the double charge. The clerk charged me again even after I had already paid for my stay online. Not happy at all. Very poor.
